Pretty straight forward. GGood tire and wheel setup for my enclosed trailer.Customer service was great. I had a concern and canceled my order prior to being able to confirm the issue. I was able to verify the fit and messaged the company. They agreed with my verification and refused the cancelation so I would not have to reorder the tires/ wheels.Their speed to reply and knowledge was great!

By far the worst tires I’ve ever purchased! I bought 4 of them for a daily used trailer. 3 have had punctures from the smallest things and one just keeps going flat. A twig punctured one! A TWIG!I’ve had to had have all of them patched. Waste of money. Wish I could get my money back

Haven't had a chance to drive these, but they required balancing costing an additional $20. Also the stud holes are not beveled as they are on my old wheel set. I'm guessing the holes will deform over time to become more beveled which will require the nuts be snugged periodically. Finally, one tire arrived pressurized to 75 psi...10psi over max.

First off - the tires are excellent and at the best price I could find shopping aroundMost importantly is the prompt and responsive customer service they provide !!!I had a shipping issue for one of the four tires I ordered and they quickly replaced the missing tire without question ! I needed tires for my cargo trailer to help a friend move from Iowa to New Mexico. My local tire dealer wanted a little over $150 each for new tires. I found these tires already mounted rims on Amazon for $100 each. The tires arrived in a very short period of time, but they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful on sending me the correct size. They also sent me return labels for the wrong size tires. Very impressed with the customer service folks.Since the tires are from China I had real concerns about the quality. I took them to a local auto shop and had them balanced. Two of the four tires took over 6 oz of weight to balance. I wanted cheap tires for one trip and I got what I paid for. I just got back from New Mexico and had no tire issues. Could have been a different story if they had not been balanced. I gave the seller 5 stars for their customer service not for the quality of the products.
