For my purchase FedEx left a package for someone else, but tracking showed my trailer tire/wheel as "delivered". That was on a Saturday late pm. Sunday I contacted FedEx, after using their virtual assistant, finding they couldn't help, then a 20 min or so wait on the phone for a person in God knows what country, am told they will have someone look into it. Never found my shipment. Following Monday I notify the vendor, Tuesday they notify me they are shipping a new package, Wed pm tire/wheel delivered.Nice recovery!
