I wanted a fan with a nice white noise for hospital stay and this a was perfect, though it wouldn't be too loud for an office. The lowest setting doesn't make much noise. As far as wind srength and blade, it works the way I would expect a good fan to work! Nice cold breeze. It stays put on surfaces and rotation mechanism works great. Very light and compact, and helpful that it uses usb-c cord. Already recommended it to someone.

I purchased 2 for my bathroom since the fan/vent is broken. I love them! They generate quite a lot of air for such small fans. My only complaint is that one of the fans vibrates so that it turns itself around so that it is eventually blowing air into the wall, but putting it in a corner stopped that. I wish the on/off button was raised instead of indented (I have to turn it on using my fingernail), but for the price point and my purpose, these are fantastic. I only use them for about 30 minutes a day, and so far, a full charge has lasted a week (I charge all household items on the weekend).
