We used this hat, with some alterations, for the character of Mr. Bumble in our production of “Oliver”. It worked very well and the character was perfectly costumed for the period.

Nice hat. Mine arrived in a box and in fine shape. The silver fabric covered button on the cockade decoration looked kinda cheesy so I replaced it with a reproduction colonial copper metal button and it really looks good now.

This is a great looking tricorn hat, solidly made, and a quality product. I'm happy to report that it arrived in a box and not in a crushed envelope! It still required just a little bit straightening out, but that is to be expected I suppose. Includes the velcro strap to adjust to any head size. I am sooo wearing this around the neighborhood!

I would have expected to pay more for this hat. Though it's only a felt material with a wire to hold its shape, without close examination no one could tell it from a fur felt hat. There's an adjustment strap in the back of the crown so it can be sized to fit nearly anyone. The bow on the side just adds to its authentic appearance and charm. Fantastic costume piece! But...The packaging is nothing more than a plastic bag that you'd expect an article of clothing, like a shirt, to be shipped in. When I pulled it from the bag it looked like someone had driven over it with a steam roller at least a couple of times to make sure they left no shape or form to it. I felt as though I should go grab the maple syrup and butter. It took some time, but I was able to bring its form back to a somewhat acceptable shape, though I'll likely never be done messing with it. I give the hat 4 stars because I see the construction quality of the hat is really good (pre-steam roller). It would have been a five star if the packaging were better thought out.

Product was as pictured, but is so much nicer then expected. I was looking for a cheep pirate hat, and I expected it to be made cheaply but the material used is way nicer. And if you don’t have a larger head like me, there is velcro inside to adjust it to your size. Great hat for the price👍🏽

I have been an official Town Crier for the state of NJ for over thirty years. I've gone through many hats. I needed a new one quickly and thought I'd try this one.My thinking was, if it looked decent it will get me through this one event.When it arrived I was shocked how nice it is.The material is good and the fact that it can be adjusted to fit perfectly was a nice surprise.I will get many yearscout of this.I would definitely recommend this hat.
