I bought one a year and 6,000 miles ago, and it already went bad. The other 3 OEM original sensors are still going strong at about 78,000 miles and 12 years. This was not at all durable, but it was cheap and easy to replace, which is why I gave 2 stars.

I tried to avoid a trip to the mechanic by just replacing this simple part (both of them, actually). This did not solve the problem, so I did take it to the mechanic and they said the computer was identifying the two sensors I replaced as the problem. So it would seem either something is incompatible or they are just poorly made out of the box.

Product was a my price point. Install went well, park assist message went away, and again all the sensors send information to driver when backing up.

Compared to the cost of the OEM product at around 300, this was well worth the money.It was hard to get the old one out, but easy to install the new one. This didn't work at first, but seemed to start working after a few days. I'm not sure why it took time to start functioning, but it works well now.
