Bushing quality looked good and pressed I'm fine but found factory bolts were too big for new sleeve so wouldn't fit! And torched out old bushing and sleeve so couldn't reuse them and stranded me for the night

Looks like a quality part but sadly it doesn't fit my 08 3500 4X4The inner diameter is to small for my stock mount bolts

Great quality compared to OEM and competitors. Love the one piece design and the fact there is no "joint" in the bolt guides. If you have a press not too bad to install into the track bar, I would not want to try and press them in any other way. Having difficulty installing the track bar bolts onto the truck due to the tight fitting bushings, installed drivers side without issues. Cant wait to get it all installed and the first test drive.

This has to be my favorite bushing for a 2003 ram 3500 to date! Being one piece takes the uncertainty of a fully seated and properly aligned bushing away. Pushed in pretty well, used a big socket, a block of wood, channel locks, and a bench vise to push it in. As for me, I ground down each side of the bushing almost flush with the inner sleeve included and made install super easy. Awesome product!

I've had these on for 3+ years now, they are still like new, so these do last well.I have these on my welding rig that sees some hard off road use in the rockies, with heavy loads. OK... It's probably more like abuse than use. About twice a year I'll catch something hard coming off a steep grade in four low and invariably my track bar gets knocked out of alignment or loose, no matter how hard I torque the bolts.I finally tacked the bolts to the brackets. A coworker with a twin truck has never had that issue with his rubber bushings. Driving through the mountain twisties there's not much of a handling difference his all rubber bushinged truck versus my all poly bushinged truck. But there is a huge difference off road, with his having a much gentler ride.Like I say, these have held up perfectly under hard use, but next time I do ball joints I'm going to switch everything back to rubber.

FYI - A press or large vice is required to push these into the track bar sockets, this should be made clear in description. Energy Suspension should reduce overall length of the bushing by 1-2 mm as fit was extremely tight; so tight I had to build a spreader tool to open brackets and still had to forcefully "coax" the bushings into place, I see others have mentioned this tight fit as well. That all being said, I have used ES for poly bushing replacement in other applications and have been pleased. Right now, the track bar issues I was having are resolved, though we will see how long they hold up to the harsh conditions they will have to endure.

Replaced the track bar bushings in my 2005 Dodge RAM 2500 Cummins with these. Went in nicely. These are a 1 piece design so you will need to press them in after you press out the old rubber bushings. They can go sideways when you're pressing them in, so you'll have to get your pressing jig straight- I used the including inner sleeve inserted halfway in the bushing and inside of my pressing socket to help keep them straight on the press in. You should check the condition of your bolts- if they are worn down at all, you'll want to purchase new ones so you don't get play with your new bushings. You really can't go wrong with these and it's much cheaper than buying a whole new track bar. 150 ft/lbs on the track bar bolts. These bushings are a snug fit side-to-side in the axle and frame brackets, so you will need to use some of the included silicone grease and a pry bar to get them in.BTW, these are RED in color, not black like the picture. Energy P/Ns ending in 'R' are red and ending in 'G' are black
