The oil pump does not showed any damage....but the box was destroyed. The gaskets were floating around the plastic wrapping.Good thing the pump is metal.

I used it in my 351W engine build and it dyno'd out at 458 HP/500 ft/Lbs on pump gas. Very pleased.

was replacing my head gasket and main oil seals so decided to replace the oil pump even though I had good oil pressure, what a difference at idle and mid range, good strong healthy pressure, without replacing any bearing shells

Fit as original on my '84 F250 351W. No complaints. I'd also suggest ording a new pickup tube/screen assembly at the same time. The screen typically collects lots of crud and it's a lot of work to clean out the little bits.

Great price and working fine at the moment melling are good oil pumps and have been making them for decades so you can trust you are getting good product with years of studing backing up their product. So that's why I gave it 5 stars!
