I love the idea of this basket system, and it looks great (once installed). However, we had to zip tie the front panels just to keep it together. The baskets wouldn't snap into place tightly, so when installing it, it just folds back open and makes it pretty much impossible to install properly. The zip ties held it together well, but we shouldn't have had to do that. The black coating on one basket also chipped off as soon as I pulled it out of the box. I didn't want the hassle of an exchange so I just made it work. Once installed, it works well and looks good, but it's cheaply made.

I absolutely love it! It is as described and easy to assemble. You can keep the baskets together or attach them like I did. The black name plates can be placed anywhere. I choose the front. Love it!!
