It features a unique neck design that extends over the withers and partially up the neck creating a shawl-like effect to help guard against wind and drafts without the need for an additional neck cover piece. Its 1200 denier outer fabric is durable and rip resistant. An extra-large gusseted tail flap creates an added wind block for added weather protection. The extended drop length also helps block drafts. The full poly taffeta lining provides your horse’s coat with a layer of protection against rubs. 1200 denier polyester fabric is tough yet still moves with the horse. The adjustable surcingles are high tensile poly and attach with rust and corrosion resistant stainless-steel hardware. This extended-neck turnout sheet offers high-quality protection for horses in harsh weather. Made from durable material, it withstands tough conditions and doesn't show dirt easily, thanks to its charcoal gray color. The extended neck design provides comprehensive coverage, keeping horses dry and comfortable, while the 78-inch size fits various horses securely. However, it may be heavy for some horses and can get warm on sunny days, making it less suitable for mild climates. This may cause your horse to start shedding prematurely, so keep that in mind. Very well made- my mare is hard on blankets and this holds up to her running, bucking, and playing. Fits true to size, no rubs and great stitching.

This is a very nice sheet from a good company. It fits well and covers more than the average turnout sheet, keeping your horse drier in rainy weather and more protected from the wind. It is a great sheet to use for trailering on cool days too. The straps and buckles are place well and easy to adjust. So far, the horse that likes to destroy everything hasn’t been able to destroy this sheet. That in itself says something about how well it’s made! I would definitely recommend it.

While most horses don't need blankets, I have one that's older and underweight. That one requires a blanket so he's not using all his calories to keep himself warm. This fits well, is comfortable, stays on pretty well, and is easy to launder. I like this a lot.

I have purchased several tack items from this brand that I've been happy with, so I decided to try one of their blankets. This one fits my Quarter Horse well due, in part, to the double chest closures that feature heavy duty hardware. I feel it runs true to size. The material and construction looks to be strong enough to stand up to his antics and the higher neck helps to protect his mane from rubbing when he sticks his head through the fence. Likewise, the generous fit of the tail cover provides protection for when he rubs up against the fence. I haven't used it in rainy weather yet to attest to the waterproofness, but I live in the pacific northwest so it's going to get a workout. I think it's a ç

This is a very nice rain sheet. The extended neck is the way to go and really helped keep my horse dryer than the one that normal neck style. All the straps are very well made and very durable. The material is very durable and held up well to my horses rolling, running, and sleeping in. I really like that it has adjustable clips on the chest. It can easily be adjusted to fit a horse a little smaller or larger. It has easily adjusted leg straps and a tail strap too. They look great as well. I washed them and they look as good as new. They are a little expensive, but if it outlasts my other sheets and last several seasons then I feel they are worth it. I am buying another for my larger horse. The extended neck is so much better and worth it!

When I realized this blanket is made by the company formerly known as "Horze", I didn't hesitate to order it!! I have been buying this brand for years. The fit and quality is very good. I also like that the blankets now come with a storage bag because they used to come with nothing but cheap plastic wrap. Anyhow, thumbs up on this blanket. Oh!! And the high neck design can be super helpful for difficult to fit or narrow horses because it solves the problem of it hanging off the shoulders.Note: I ordered more than one of these blankets, so my review will be similar for each.

Have a few other blankets from this brand and was pretty happy with them so was happy to try out the other options. This is the turn out sheet with no fill and 1200d fabric. Has mid neck, Velcro and snap close front, belly straps and hind leg straps. Has a generous tail flap to keep wind out also. The fit and size has been accurate consistently with multiple blankets from this brand also. I need a ton of blankets as unfortunately I’m in the south where it’s 70 one day and the next it’s 20. I’m constantly swapping weights this weight works wonderfully for the under 60 weather for my body clipped horses.
