They are easy to wear, but I have to go barefoot to use it. The material is nice and provides me with a comfortable, breathable wearing experience that doesn't get stuffy and sweaty even in the summer. But it does take a while to get used to wearing it all night at first. An easily adjustable Velcro strap ensures the orthotics stay in place throughout the day. At the same time, its heel strap provides a good anti-slip function, preventing the toe orthotics from slipping off during my exercise. I like its adjustable features. But personally, I don't like to make it too tight because it hurts my bunions. Now I use it every day and extend it as appropriate.
