I got this pack to replace the broken clip we use to keep our chicken coop locked. During the winter our old one got rained on, then froze and broke. I assume that will happen again this winter so I wanted to have several back up clips. These all work great so far, just as a normal one should. I really liked that is was an 8 pack.

These clips are handy and very strong. They last for many years with a good spring action. We use them to hold heavy water buckets in their horse stalls. This was a good price for 8.

Great, smooth operation for clip snaps. They arrived in a clear plastic case, so they are kept together in your tool bag! They have nice mirror tpye finish, which is slightly different, as compared to other snaps at thr barn. They should hold up well, but too soon to say. I will come back and comment, if they fail or have any quality issues.

Having double snaps in the barn comes in handy in more ways than one! I'm only giving 4 stars as when I got the package the plastic container they come in was cracked in shipping. It was placed in a " bubble " shipper but wasn't protected much. A small box would've probably saved the plastic itself, not a big deal over all though. They're nice and heavy duty and have worked with everything I need them to.

As a horse owner I use a lot of double ended snaps. Crossties, buckets, gate chains, I use them for everything. These are a little thinner than what I get at the local farm store but are a good value for the quantity and came in a nice little case. My case was crushed in transit but it's still handy and I will just put a rubber band around it. I sometimes use these mid weight ones for bucket hooks as a safety feature because I would much rather replace a snap than have a tail get ripped out. I will keep this handy little set in my show trunk for on the go. All the thumb levers work as expected and the packaging makes them convenient. Overall I recommend them for medium duty jobs, they are not large enough to use on cross ties, you need the next size up to fit on halter rings.

I got these two sided clips to help keep my chicken wire fence gates closed at all times. I like that it's easy to use with one hand and that makes all the difference when I'm coming through the gate.
