I gave my husband this gadget for Christmas. He is a professional remodeling contractor and he likes anything that helps him do the job more accurately, and quicker. He had an old one of these in the past that was made of metal, but he said this is better because the metal kind can rust or get bent. This product is made from heavy duty plastic. It should hold up for years. Glad I got it for him.

I bought this as an open box, like new for $18. (Prices vary) Well worth it!The ABS flexible pins are like tiny boxes if you see from the side view - photo posted. However, Pins are sturdy, not flimsy, nor do they feel like they'll break. They provide for great moving flexibility. Having the small And large tool is necessary for me, to get into smaller space projects, like the door jambs I'll need to measure to lay down tile. What a pain otherwise.PLUS, Ethos includes a QR code for a Free extended Warranty. Will update later if things change.

For a guy that has been cutting cardboard templates for everything from tile to trim to fabricating parts, this is just so much easier and faster! No more trial and error; I just hold it up, push it to meet the profile, lock it in place, and trace the pattern. What a GREAT tool! I can't believe i didn't get one of these as soon as they came out. I like the fact that this package comes with two different sizes. No more guesswork!

I wish I had this when I was working on my floor installation, it would have saved me so much time. Easy to use, just press up against whatever you're trying to trace. Nice variation in sizes and I liked that you can adjust the tightness for different projects as well. I would buy again.

This product is awesome. We got it to help when redoing the floor - we have a lot of irregularly shaped corners and areas. This tool captured every shape perfectly. It was super helpful. Our kids found it fun as well to trace body shapes on paper. :) Great quality - highly recommended!!
