I really wanted to like this scooter, and it probably would be great NEW, but I purchased two of these scooters for my kids, one blue and one pink. The pink one is fine, new, no problems, The blue one was definitely used, there were clear touch up paint marks on wearing adjuster bolts and the charger was something I have only seen come with old cell phones. Keep in Mind, I have 4 total Evercross scooters and all came with legit chargers, except for this blue kids scooter. I contacted the company via email after my first family ride. The blue scooter ran out of battery halfway through a cruise on concrete, not harsh terrain or steep hills, but flat road. I messaged the company and they did respond back, asking questions about my order number and ride details. I never heard from them again! They will not return my emails to this topic. I would settle for a new battery and charger, I'll install it myself, I just want my son to be able to ride his scooter with the rest of the family. I paid for a new scooter, I should not receive an at best used scooter, at worse, a used damaged scooter they just repackaged and shipped out.

We bought 2 one of them the back tire locking up like a bad bearing. Still waiting to hear from the company. Hopefully they do the right thing but this day and age who knows. Update the company had me send them a video and they sent me a new motor for the scooter. I will have to put it on but that’s fine with me. They do have customer service!

Great product. Grandkids love theirs! They somehow turned off the auto start feature. I contacted the seller and received a prompt and courteous response. The fix was easy, and the kids were back to riding it.

Best buy for my 5 year old granddaughters birthday, just the right size. Not too fast, three speed selections, slow for beginners. Easy to brake.

Let’s start by saying how much my daughters loved this item. It’s fast enough for a 10 year old without making me feel too weary about it. What I loved the most was the customer service. The battery seemed to have faulted and I reached out to the manufacturer and within a week I had the battery and instructions on how to change it. They honored the year warranty without question, were responsive and attentive in a timely matter, and cared about the service. Brings extra peace of mind when making a “hug” purchase that they won’t disappear like other Amazon sellers. Highly recommend!

Grandma (my wife) wanted a scooter for the grandkids for when they come over and visit and/or when we take the grandkids to our favorite California State campgrounds. I set of on a search to find one that would not go so fast that the kids would get hurt learning how to ride them. This scooter stood out as the one to try.This scooter has three speeds, selectable on the handle bars via the digital menu. Those speeds are 3mph, 6mph and 9mph.Our grandkids LOVE this scooter. One grandson, age 6, is the "cautious" type that does not try new and fast items so we let him ask when he was ready, and he absolutely loves this scooter as he has warmed up to the three speeds quite fast. The electric brake, also on the handle bars, works really well. You can also use the brake fender (if you will) that sits over the rear tire, and that works great too.They charge quickly and last long enough to get the kids scooter rides in over an hour of back and forth on the sidewalk in front of our house, or around the campground on our weekend trips.Bought a second one since we have six (6) grandkids to enjoy. Highly recommend this for beginners.

**UPDATED** Got it working again. Did not realize there was a safety mode and it was enabled. Kids are loving it.Worked for one use and stopped. Charged it, used it. Went to recharge and it wouldn’t charge at first. After a while, finally got it to charge. Now it powers on, but won’t move at all.

I brought the Evercross scooter for my daughter for Xmas of last year. I had an issue with the charger it was getting hot while in use and wouldn’t charge the scooter. I contacted Evercross customer support for help. They were simply amazing with their customer service. Resolving the issues by sending me a new charger without charging me!!! Doug Hill

I bought this scooter and it was defected so i returned it for another one and then after a couple of weeks it didnt work so the company sent a replacement part and it worked for 3 weeks and then it stopped working. I have been trying to get in touch with the company to get a refund but so far no luck

Mes fils adorent! Par contre, au bout de seulement 2 semaines, il y a eu un problème avec le bouton d'affichage de la trottinette. On ne pouvait plus l'ouvrir! J'ai écrit directement à la compagnie Evercross pour leur faire part de mon problème. Ils m'ont envoyé gratuitement la pièce avec l'écran et le bouton d'accélérateur et notre problème s'est réglé! Je donne un 5 étoiles aussi pour leur excellent service à la clientèle! :)
