I don't have one myself but according to what I read on the review that the first guy did a cvlife bi pod is recommendable..

The package came with everything included as said in the description, but it also came with a speed loader and some plastic targets. Durable design but my bipods arms broke off of the screw joints so I’ll have to replace it. Overall it’s a nice one to add to the collection
