We Take Sound Serious
Our instruments and studio equipment are sound sampled by our hired sound technician. We focus on being competitive, all while not sacrificing quality of sound. Since most everyone at our brand has an extensive musical background, we are very rigorous in the sound quality process of equipment. Additionally, it allows us to act quickly and communicate efficiently with our factories production manager on when we see a need for improvement. Before and after each batch run from the factory, our instruments are sampled to confirm the quality, pitch and sound specs remain consistent from our previous production orders.

We work with a factory that only employees assemblers with outstanding operational familiarity with soldering irons and hand tools. Our factory inspector regularly confirms and reports our cables and wires for accurate and quality fabrication soldering using precision measuring instruments. The production line always follows schematics assembly drawings and technical prints in the assembly process.

I ordered two 25-foot cables to run my on stage wedge monitors, one was fine but the other was faulty right out of the bag. One end was fine. On the other, the negative lead completely had separated from its machine screw lug inside the barrel connector; the corresponding positive hung literally by a few strands of its copper lead. I clipped the ends, retinned them with rosin core solder, and reconnected them to the ends and tested them on my monitors to make sure my repairs were sound.Otherwise, I love these cables. I already had two 50-footers running from my powered mixer to my FoH mains. Those are wicked rugged. The newest ones, though, are not quite as satisfactory. They're big and fat and beefy and while the rubber jacket is rugged, but the thin plastic barrel housings of the SpeakOn/Neutrik-style connectors are a little delicate. One has to be very deliberate to avoid crossthreading and stripping them upon reassembly. Overall a very good value for the money, but check them carefully before putting directly into service.
