The headline indicating that this can measure down to a ten-thousandth of an inch is false. It only measures to the hundredth of an inch, which is a HUGE difference. I would give it a good rating if they were just honest in the title, they seem fairly well made, just not as precise as the title would lead you to believe.

The first set that I got was damaged, but they quickly sent me a second set and I’ve had no problem out of those. I have used them on several different engine rebuilds.

The precision and feel are what I expected and this had the best price I could find.

Nice enough gauges for the price but not metric. Measure in inches, not mm.

Wooden case has damage. One piece is broken/completely split (first picture), likely because one of the micrometers was too large to fit in the slot made in the foam insert for it (last picture).

These are reasonable quality measuring tools. Some people may say they're "cheap", but I'm not building a space shuttle, and they're holding their accuracy.I would give 5 stars but dang, I needed them in metric (like the description says)

This set is not a 0 to 6 inch as advertised, it's 0 to 4. The whole point of the purchase was that 6 inch micrometer, great.

Its completely accurate, the only issue I've had is both seating surfaces don't align perfectly when the tool is calibrated as the expensive brands do.
