I have dozens of ink pads for my crafting and journaling hobbies, and I've never been able to get a clear fingerprint from any of them.THIS ink pad gives a beautiful, crisp, clear print. And it's definitely the pad, not the paper, as I tried it on post-it notes, index cards, and even normal paper and they all came out great.Having fingerprints of all of your family members is not only important for ID purposes...I've recently discovered that once your loved one is gone, you'll want them for things like remembrance jewelry, to put on photo printouts, etc. - and if you leave it to the funeral home or crematory to do it, you're likely to get futzed-up, blurry prints of whatever finger they choose to do (they don't do them all) and there's no way to go back for a second try. Also, certain procedures and mortality itself can cause swelling, which will mess up the prints.Get the prints now, while you can and put them in a safe place.Two slightly inky thumbs up.

I got these fingerprint cards for my kids. I did a print of each of them and keep it in my safe. God forbid anything happen, but makes it easier for the investigation. My social circles are all law enforcement and crime scene techs and we even offer it on family day, so it is a good tool to have.
