The gold cover cap fell of withing 5 minutes of messing with it and the drag system isn't very good but it works

I bought this before and returned it not knowing how to use it. I do now,so, I have to say after many attempts at the PR knot I have been making more consistent good knots.For me it was getting the bobbin to loosen up a bit. Even with the adjuster all the way out I was not able to stop all the line twists from happening. The bobbin was either way too tight or loose.I disassembled the entire bobbin and found 2 felt washers that I applied a light coating of drag grease too.This was what finally enabled me the control of tightness I wanted and made making the PR knot one that I have total confidence using. I was using 30lb. braid to 20lb. fluorocarbon.

Great PR bobbin for knots. I have used this tool to tie several knots with 30lb braid and a 30lb leader and the knots didn’t fail the braid failed at its breaking strength.

i have long time trying to get a bobbin for a good price to do my PR Knot, because i heard is the only 100% streng know, so by looking and looking i found this one in a very good prices and work very good i have all my rods not with the PR know thanks to this great bobbin...if you are in to fishing jigging and popping definitely you need this one, because the PR is a really good know...
