I have the FB03 which holds 11" flashers without a problem. After filling the compartment it rolls up and is held together by 2 straps. Between the 2 straps is a carry handle. It was a little slow in arriving, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of materials and construction.

Works great for 11 1/2" flashers , not so good for triangle flashers. Then again it din't advertise it to work with those. Looks well made and holds 6. Has two nice quick release buckles to keep it bundled up. Nicely packaged and shipped fast.

Be sure you read the description to order the correct size for your use. I was looking for a size to fit 8” triangle flashers so I ordered the bag he said fit those and it does fit them nicely. There is even a bit of slack in the pockets so you aren’t struggling to fit items in them on the boat. Ordering another one for my dad to store his 360s.

Way to small. It is only 8 1/2 inches wide and an average 11" flasher will not fit. There was no dimensions mentioned in the description. I took a chance but that was a mistake. Cheap too. Made in China with single stitching. I WILL return it.
