Recently replace a stock close valve in my water cistern. Not even a couple of days after installation went to check the valve and the metal ball, the rod and the nuts were full of rust. The valve itself is a good quality but the rest is junk metal. Do not recommend for potable water.

The thread pitch did not fit 3/4" NPT. Had to recut the threads to make it work. Bought 2 valves. Both the same problem

I thought, (may be fault) this would be perfect for my horse water trough. Unfortunately it does not work with a hose fitting or a pipe fitting. To be honest not sure what it is supposed to be hooked up to, or what would fit these threads. I was hoping a 3/4" or 1/2" copper pipe would fit inside then I could just solder it in place and build from there but that didn't work either. The DN20?? Not sure what that size is, I think it might be automotive. But I am not sure.

Went through both valves in less than a week. The ears that hold the float break quickly. Not worth buying. Used the float balls on heavy duty higher quality and the part the rod threads in just rips off within days. Do not buy these they are useless
