Overall pretty comfortable, runs a little hot. However, if you're really worried about protection in a fall, id skip this and go for a pad with better build quality and retention.Took one fairly hard fall, nothing to crazy, landed on my knee and the pad basically ripped where it meets the sleeve and just slipped down my knee. I'd say the pad took a little of the impact, but my knee still took the rest of the "scrape" because the material instantly tore. My knee looked like mush for a few days, and the right knee pad got trashed first day.Overall. It is a budget pad. If you're gonna just be hitting some casual trails, I guess it's okay. If you're gonna be downhill riding, bust out a few more bucks for a better pad.
