New performance chromoly gland nuts can be torqued 350 ft lbs and higher and have up to 3 times the strength of stock gland nuts. Some aftermarket gland nuts require larger diameter sockets when installed. We have tested all of our chromoly gland nuts in drag racing and offroad applications with great success.
