Seems to be made of a fiberglass type material, as seen on all the edges and cutouts what looks to be fiberglass, anyway its solid as a rock like oem, but may need a few washer spacers to line up correctly under the hood bolts

its a nice cheep alternative to buying OEM part. Problem is its not OEM so when you put it on it doesnt match the surrounding bodyline perfectly. my fenders are a little more bowed out than header now and the header sits a little high on one side and isnt flush with the hood. But my hood is straight so it has to be that this header is a little off. Just wasnt made OEM so keep that in mind. but painted well and was easy to install so id say worth it.
