If there is no sound, reinstall the new unit after installing back the original audio main unit and maxing out the sound.
And this unit didn’t retained the sync module and original audio box. Please remove them before installation.
About installing F-150 2019-2021, continue to keep the original audio main unit.

A: No, but you can download the SiriusXM app from the Google Play store.
Q:Air conditioner not working?
A: Please move the original air conditioning circuit board and keys together to the Android screen host.
Automatic air conditioning version -- support screen and original buttons to control air conditioning.
Manual air conditioning version -- please continue to use the original air conditioning buttons to control the air conditioning, screen control of air conditioning is not supported.

How to use Carplay？
Wireless Carplay Connection: 1. Turn on the WiFi switch on Apple phones and Android radios (no need to connect to a hotspot). 2.Turn on Bluetooth - search for device - enter passkey (0000) in the popup window. 3.Open Zlink APP on Android radio, CarPlay will connect automatically.
Wired Carplay Connection: 1. Connect you iPhone with 6pin USB. 2. Turn on Zlink App, CarPlay will auto connect.
This operation requires only a data cable connection and no Bluetooth connection.
How to use Android Auto ?
1. Please download Android Auto app on your phone.
2.Turn on Zlink app, Open the Android auto program on your phone, then connect your phone to the radio with a 6pin USB.
Q: Can't set or save the time and date?
A: Please connect your device to WiFi or mobile hotspot, open Google Maps APP, the system will automatically calibrate the time and date.
Or go to Settings, Android Settings, Time & Date, Settings, Done.

TLDR: Cheap Chinese Garbage, you’ll lose features and not be happy. Stay away from this POSAvoid this at all costs. The screen size is nice but it has glare so awful it can blind you in direct sunlight. The UI is just cheap android and it’s very laggy. You lose functionality with this unit. You no longer have the nice ford chime, it reverts you back to the cheap low power chime and that was beyond annoying. The factory settings in the unit are locked with a passkey, that is 8888. Mind you it’s nowhere in the instructions and that was frustrating to track down. As for installing the unit? It isn’t hard but it requires you to transfer your A/C buttons, dials and boards to the head unit. When you are moving it, make sure your temp selected is set to the middle and not on hot or cold. Also make sure your fan speed is set to 1. I lost the Max A/C and Max Defrost functions cause I misaligned the board and dials. You also will lose the back up camera. 8/10 times it will boot up and max volume and destroy your ears. The Apple CarPlay and android auto are extremely laggy and take often times over a minute to connect. My phone is not old or cheap, it’s the unit. I swapped stock back in and sent this cheap hunk of trash back to Amazon. Stay away.

Slow, doesn’t work at times. Backup camera got stuck one day while I was driving. Buttons respond REALLY slow. My radio automatically changed channels. Clock will never stay up to date. My horn got stuck this morning all of a sudden and my hazards wouldnt turn off. This radio has caused me more problems than its worth. GETS WORSE BY THE DAY. Buyer beware.

Less expensive than a lot of units like these but, it has its issues. First, the operating system is unstable. Recently, the radio continues to run after switching to a different media source. Other anomalies out of the blue. Operators manual was not very helpful.I am going to try reverting back to factory settings to see if that helps. The sound is good and it handles phone calls and will even read text.If you're thinking about one of these units, don't get the cheapest one.

Returning and going with a different option in less than a week. Radio doesn't come with any manual just cheaply printed instructions. I paid a shop $175 to install and everything worked fine. All steering wheel and HVAC functions worked well but started up the truck one morning and after turning on the radio rebooted, I don't know why.After that, no steering wheel control functions worked including the HVAC. Product Support via Amazon was No help!It seems as if it lost the vehicle specific control program is what I was told when taken back to the installers.Luckily, they aren't charging me to uninstall but I will have to pay again to install the next radio.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!!I had an appointment in a week to remove the radio. One day I decided to "mess" with it, since it's an Android tablet. I was able to reboot it and connect it to WIFI using my cellphone as a hotspot. I was then able to get the menu for all different Years, Makes and Models of cars to come on the screen. I selected my vehicle, downloaded it and it automatically rebooted with ALL functions working with my vehicle. Everything is working as it should! A simple instruction manual included would've helped immensely! It seems like an update caused this hiccup! I changed my mind and decided to keep this radio. I took away a star for the unnecessary stress the lack of an instruction manual caused.

This stereo upgrade for my Ford f150 is GREAT! My sync system quit working all together. Nothing was working! Just a black screen. I love all the features on this new unit and the radio sounds amazing. I’m so happy with this purchase. Only down side is I wish it would have came with better installation guide. 5 plus stars for this upgrade.

The screen itself is cool and big. There was no instructions on how to assemble control knobs for ac controls. 2 of us putting it together and I almost gave up and sent it back for being too compicated assembling. Back up camera has static constantly. When starting truck randomly has wrong time then it will switch to correct time after 5 minutes or so. There is no manual showing you the different functions on it. Customer support is located in "California" but they run off of China time. Accent is tough when contacting customer support and they would rather email back and forth. The response time is slow. I wouldn't buy it again. I would buy a diiferent one.
