I had never changed the original shocks of my 2001 Nissan Xterra 2.5 liter 5-speed. It was long overdue and I finally decided to upgrade to the KYB shocks. I let a professional auto repair shop install them since I didn’t have the proper tools and they installed them right the first time. My truck rides smooth like it did when I first bought it new and it no longer dives when I hit the brakes, Lol! My braking distance with the KYB shocks has also improved! I have no regrets and I paid $100 to $150 less than if I had bought the same KYB shocks from a brick and mortar auto parts store!
