Easy install. Instructions are poor. Support non-existent. Somewhat confusing wiring until you read the manual multiple times. Get out your magnifying glass or microscope because the manual is in 6 pt or thereabouts. Product is well made and fit to my Subaru WRX STI 2011 is perfect. No clue how to hook up the microphone. Haven't hooked up the backup camera yet.

Support for this product is literally nothing. No number or website work, there is no way to contact hikity. The kit i was sent is missing the canbus harness for the car and for the radio, so I can’t make it work if I wanted to. The power harness is correct and I can say the radio works fine enough, it’s pretty fast. But none of the steering wheel controls work and I have no way to get a connector for this stereo to even make them work myself. If I had the right connector I would probably give it 5 stars. The only option I have is to leave a bad review, and hope I get the harness. Otherwise I’m going to return it

I bought this to replace the factory unit in my 2009 Subaru Impreza. I had the basic install done in under 15min minus the rear view cam, mic & additional gps unit. It came with a plug & play wiring harness & dash trim removal tool. It was easy to connect my android phone for Spotify & google maps. The built in mic works well for phone calls. The touch screen buttons are easy to use. The unit seems speedy with no lag issues. I'm happy with it so far.

The screen and bezel are perfect for the Subaru WRX. My particular car came with a stock navigation system and thus a different wiring harness. A few messages with customer support and they sent me a correct harness. As soon as it was received, I connected everything up and the system has worked flawlessly. Wireless CarPlay is an amazing upgrade. The backup camera is also great. Excellent customer support and a near perfect OEM look in the car. The value cannot be beat! I can’t wait to install more apps and get OBD2 data flowing

I recently acquired the HiKity Android unit with 8 cores, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage for my 2010 Subaru Forester. I wish I would have purchase sooner! It has significantly enhanced my driving experience, rendering it more enjoyable. My primary use is Apple CarPlay, and it seamlessly connects wirelessly within 20-30 seconds. Installation was a breeze, with most components functioning effortlessly. Running the wire for the backup camera required some effort, though it now functions impeccably. The only hiccup I encountered was the screen's response to my polarized sunglasses. Upon removing the protective film, the screen appeared black while wearing my sunglasses. Thankfully, applying an aftermarket screen protector resolved this issue. Go ahead and connect the external microphone; it's essential as the internal mic doesn’t do well on its own. I mounted mine on the driver's side A pillar, and feedback on calls has been positive. The sizable screen dwarfs other head units, making it truly impressive. Overall, this unit is awesome, wish I would have installed one sooner!
