OEM replacement for 2004 F150 4.6 (non-heritage model) with automatic transmission. Amazon stated that this DID NOT fit my vehicle, but I verified with Ford that it did (hopefully it will be updated). This smaller line was one of the easiest jobs I've ever encountered in car repair, the longer lines that I replaced as well were a bit more of an issue....I used the following tool for line removal and was able to swap out the line in about 10-15 minutes. Now that I've done it once I could probably replace it in less than 5 next time.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000XMG2NY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsPrior to tackling the job I did some research and prep was key. I sprayed the fittings with penetrating oil the night before and 10-15minutes prior to working on the truck. They popped out with ease once the tool was inserted around the line.

This is the auxiliary cooler inlet tube from the bottom connection at the radiator. It is the exact part and fit perfectly on my 2004 F150 5.4L lariet 4wd with aux cooler and 4R75E transmission. Ford OEM parts dealers and Amazon specifying it as 2005 and newer is incorrect.
