This was a perfect OEM match for mounting the coil packs on my 2005 F150 5.4L 3V, came as a 4-pack in a sealed Motorcraft parts bag.

The Amazon listing said it was incompatible with my 2001 F-150 (5.4 Triton), but it was a perfect fit for securing my ignition coil pack. Even some of the Ford parts distributors said this was 2004 on, but seems it should be 1997??? I believe this is a 5x25 mm bolt.

When shopping for this item, I read the Amazon reviews, and one of the reviews said that he received 4 in the package when it arrived to him.I assumed for $6.11 there would be more than just one screw in the package, so I ordered two hoping for the best. Needless to say that after paying so much for a relatively basic screw, I was not at all pleased with the purchase. The bigger irony is the fact that a ford shop in Pasadena Texas had fouled up the original screw I was trying to replace.

Exact same coil bolts that came on my 2002 Lightning with 5.4L. I thought I was only one bolt based on some reviews and really only needed one to fix an old stripped one but comes in a pack of 4 when purchased with Amazon (not 3rd party). Now all 8 of my coils sit snug for better piece of mind.

Perfect match for my Ford F-150 2006 FX4 5.4 l I dropped one of the screws and lost it as I was replacing the coil packs this was an exact match I know it's a little expensive but usually you're only replacing one or two that drops in the grass and for some reason disappears into an alternate Dimension and you can never find the damn thing
