There isn't much to this adapter. M39 on one side and Fuji X on the other.If the lens is not oriented correctly, they include an hex key that allows you to adjust the M39 ring/tread to correct.

This works and looks great. Adapter screws into camera smoothly and lenses screw into adapter smoothly. You won't even notice it's there.

[Fotasy Adjustable Leica M39 Lens to Fuji X Adapter]I bought a Voigtlander (leica screw mount) lens for my fuji X-T30 last month. However, I had this misaligned issue (see picture 1 and 2) which bothered me for a long time. Finally, I found this Fotasy "adjustable" adapter. It works like a magic. You literally can adjust the lens to the center very easily. Now I can see my aperture and focus rings properly (see picture 3). Very happy with this adapter. Good quality too. Highly recommend to everyone!

Very pleased with this item. I bought the Fuji XF - LTM model and everything fits perfectly. The Fuji side feels like it was made by Fuji. Not too tight and not loose and no scraping feeling from bad machining. Just right. The LTM screw threads are well machined as well and feel good while mounting my lens. Everything fits perfectly. The materials feel premium. I don’t think there are any plastic parts at all. It’s breathed new life into my Canon 50/1.4. Worth every penny

Adapter does its job, and has the requisite grub screws to adjust where the top of lens sit on your camera. Dropping a lot of money on adapters that add nothing over these Fotasy adapters is quite easy, but you really aren't gaining anything. These little guys are a great value proposition for using legacy lens on modern cameras.

Gets the job done. I don't often have a reason to adapt Leica Thread Mount lenses to my Fujifilm X-T20, but for the incredibly low price of this adapter, theres no reason not to try one out. I've used this on a Soviet Jupiter 8, a Nikkor 5cm/2, and a Leica Elmar with no issues.

Low quality but also cheap. I bought the LTM to Fuji X adaptor, and the shiny LTM mount piece spun loosely inside the main black housing. I had to properly align it then tighten 3 set screws. Seems silly the construction is so cheap, but then again this adaptor was less than $10. Due to the price I've given this 3 stars.
