The product looks ok, but it isn't manufactured correctly. The recess for the thermostat is too shallow causing it to leak. This water neck was driving me crazy and turned my hands grey with gasket maker trying to prevent the leak.Don't but this, not worth taking a gamble on getting a good one.

I bought this to replace my factory thermostat housing on my 75 F100 302. Bolt holes lined up and housing is of decent quality. That being said the bypass hose inlet on the housing is much smaller than the factory. It will work without any leaks but I had to crank down on the hose clamp a bit more than I was comfortable with, you could probably remedy this with a different hose. The housing did come with a gasket but I ended up using a very generous amount of RTV sealant in addition to the gasket to keep it from leaking.

Fit my 93 F150 (302 v8) perfectly. Just what I needed to replace the crappy old one. No leaks, no issues with cooling. Good medium-quality replacement part. Make sure to tighten the plug in the top before installing if you are not installing a gauge.

Good fit and finish, Aluminum body not steel. Would have given higher rating but bypass outlet was smaller diameter than original. May fit 5.0 not sure. Didn't match 90 5.8. Could use with different hose if wanted
