es un muy buen short de MTB, trae un pequeño cinturon para ajustar la cintura, una muy practica bolsa con cierre estas dos cosas desaparecen en la última versión de este short, ademas que incluya el pad con los cojines es un plus

I haven't ridden in these yet, but since I got these for a good price on sale, I plan on keeping them unless they disintegrate on the first ride or something. The shell fabric is lightweight, but feels durable enough to withstand reasonable use. It's not the semi-ripstop or dobby texture of a pair of Ranger cargo shorts I've been riding since 2018. This is a flatter woven material and feels more rigid than my old pair. These shorts are 96% Polyamide Nylon and 4% Elastaine while the old shorts are 100% Polyester. I like the feel of the older fabric more, but these seem like they'll be fine and maybe they'll soften up a bit after a few washings. Oh, for those who are interested, these shorts are made in Indonesia. As for features, I didn't realize that Fox had taken away the adjustable waistband on this model. So if they fit great, but if not you might be out of luck. I liked the ability to adjust the waist size on my old shorts up or down a little as my waist size fluctuates a bit, especially over the winter when I'm not riding as much. Good thing I got started training early this spring or my usual Fox size might have not fit! As another reviewer mentioned, there is only one button on this model as opposed to the two buttons on previous shorts. Hopefully this isn't an issue, but as long as the waist isn't too tight I don't expect it to be a problem. The chamois seems pretty similar to the old version, but there is noticably less padding toward the front - almost to the point of non-existent. The Y-shaped region has firm, foam padding, and seems like it should be comfortable on long rides. There are no leg grippers on the liner, which is also something that was removed since I bought my last shorts.I'll update my review if I run into any issues with these shorts, but I do expect to keep them even though Fox seems to be cutting some corners on this version of the Ranger shorts (probably to cut down on costs). They just might not replace my favorite old Fox Ranger shorts.
