This OUDAER Freezer Door Alarm is a handy device to ensure my kids remember to close the freezer door. It came with batteries and is easy to install with the included sticky pads; I only needed to add the larger part to the freezer and the smaller part to the freezer door.When the freezer door is opened, the alarm reminds the user to close the door, then after a set time that can be adjusted, a loud alarm sounds to alert those within range that the door isn't closed.The design is simple but effective. No complaints from me.

This door alarm has three buttons on the side that handle everything as far as configuration: volume, message played, and delay. Some of the more clever messages are reminders to close the door to heating or air conditioning running or, my favorite, "Please remember keys, phone, and wallet". That message is SO going to be played as I exit my home into the attached garage. This product should save me a lot of grief "down the road". For many, a simple door chime may be preferred to notify when people are home.

Fancy with all the voice alarms/settings, loud enough and the adhesive works well. FeeIs durable and is functional. Easy to install/use and can also work for drawers/room-doors of any kind, I like the concept. Battery life is short. Just to make sure - the product is not for alarm to go off every time someone opens the fridge but if the door was left open for a certain set time-period. Volume is adjustable (4 settings). You can turn off the loudness setting when you are going to clean your fridge and keep it open for more than 3-5 minutes. Recommend

I definitely like this and the concept. The only thing is the battery dies fast and it were new batteries. But it’s loud and easy to install

After my son and wife left our garage freezer open for the 8th time and had to toss everything in it, I decided I needed some kind of alarm for the door.Enter this item. Hook one side to the freezer, one side to the door and we're good to go. Double sided tape makes it super easy to install. The buttons are easy to see and understand. There are a bunch of options for that this says in a voice or in beeps, some with unintentional comedy gold. It's white loud and has some options for how long to wait for the alarm etc.I chose to set a reminder to close the refrigerator after you select your items and then bring to the front to pay. So now I can recoup some of that money we lost tossing out defrosted food.So far this works well, we will see if it's enough to get the family to close the door or not.

I don't want any voice options. I would have preferred different chime-style alerts to choose from, but at least there's oneThe sticker on the back mounts on the battery door. When it's time to change the battery, you have to pull the door off while it is still stuck to the fridge, which is a bit awkward. Would have been much better if this was VelcroAlarm could be louder. I have this on my freezer in the basement. I can't hear it upstairs unless the house is fairly quiet. I have a bunch of kids, so the freezer is liable to be left ajar at unpredictable times and the house is not often quiet.IMPROVEMENTSInstead of (or in addition to) a chime, I would LOVE to have it send me a push notification to my phone.Country of origin: Made in China
