There are two local companies that sell appliance parts, neither one had these in stock. It took less time and money to get it online. It was really easy to install and worked perfectly. Would use this company again. The product arrived a day early also.

Exact OEM replacement part for my Kenmore freezer. Freezer quit working after a power outage and all I had to do was pull out the damaged part and plug this new part in and my freezer is working again.

Our Kenmore upright Freezer was doing some weird things. It would cool down to about 8 degrees for a few hours, then it wouldn't run again for about eight hours. The temp would spike to about 25 degrees when it would finally turn back on again and cool down to 8 degrees for another few hours. Specifically bought a wifi temp sensor to monitor it to see what was going on. A tech came in for $85, and he didn't do anything but provide his experience in telling us that it was probably the control panel and not the compressor or sensor and that he could fix it for $385 more dollars. Did a few Google searches to get the correct part number and how to replace it and decided to order this control panel. Once I received the new panel, it took less than a minute to replace: pry out the old, plug in the new, that's it. Immediately resolved the problem. It can be a tough call on whether or not it's better to put that first $85 towards the panel and skip having someone "diagnose" the issue. But at this point, I wish I had.

Our Kenmore upright freezer that is 10 years old was running 24/7. After checking the seal was still good, we noticed the temperature controller was not responding to any settings including "off". Decided to take a chance and order this part (after making sure it was the correct part) . As soon as we put the new one in, the freezer starting working as it should. Installation was fast and easy.

This was ridiculously easy to replace. Works great. My freezer panel was acting weird and the unit was not cooling. There are amazon videos that show you how to replace this part, however, you simply pull out the old one and put in the new one. Nothing needed but a putty type knife to pry out the old one. No wiring, no batteries, it was really simple.

Bought a Kenmore freezer in 2012 and in 2022 we had a power failure so it messed up the freezer front control panel. Searched online for a replacement part and ended up finding this compatible piece. so i have been living with a dead freezer for almost a year! I thought it would be complicated to fix it. was told i could do it myself but did not realize only thing i would need was a butter knife to pop out the old one.was planning on buying a new freezer and giving this one away!!only decided to look on amazon for a part to order when i read a review and was hey that is what happened to my freezer.light started going off- freezer stopped and needed to be unplugged and replugged in again to start it. alarm would say temp was high- unplugged and restarted till the time it stopped. little did i know all i needed was this one little part!!

Following a few power fluctuations during hurricane Irma my Sears/Kenmore/Frigidaire freezer quit working, even though it was plugged into a surge protector. The symptoms were that the numerical reading on the door-mounted control board started giving me strange digital symbols and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. After a Sears tech came to the house for a $97 service call he quoted me an additional $430 to replace the module. Because he went thru the same hurricane we did he told me I can order a new one and replace it myself for about $80 using a pocket knife, which I did. I received the new control board and it installed easily after I aligned the pins on the control board to the socket in the door and pushed it into the door socket. It worked great, I got my freezer back and saved a bunch of $$$.
