I bought the medium for my son and they fit well for pajama wear, but I would need a small or maybe extra small to be tight enough for him to wear under his clothes. They are well made and are really soft inside. I would buy them again.

These thermals are ridiculously soft and warm, perfect for cold nights. The fit is spot on; I’m 6’7”, and the 3X works like a charm. Quality feels solid, and they should survive plenty of washes. My only regret? Getting them in all white. Given my track record with food, that was a bold and deeply misguided decision.

I just received this Fruit of the Loom Men's Heavyweight Brushed Back Fleece Thermal Underwear Set, and I'm eager to try it out in the current winter weather. While I haven't had a chance to wear it for extended periods yet, my initial impressions are positive. I ordered a medium, and although I wonder if I should have sized up to a double XL (which was also available), the medium seems to fit just fine. It's snug but not too tight.The fleece lining feels very soft and comfortable against the skin. It definitely seems like it will provide good insulation and warmth. The heavyweight material gives me confidence that it will be durable and hold up well. The construction looks solid, and the stitching appears to be good quality. I particularly like the cuffs on the sleeves. They're designed so you can tuck your hand in, essentially covering part of your hand for added warmth, and they also help prevent the sleeves from riding up your arms. This is a great feature.I'm looking forward to wearing this set during outdoor activities this winter. It seems like a great base layer for staying warm and comfortable in cold conditions. While I can't speak to its long-term performance or how it holds up after washing, my first impressions are very good.
