My brother had this device for years before it aged out. After attempting a replacement of the pickup rollers for him (@#%^ Fujitsu for making a nigh-on un-serviceable product), I broke down and bought him this replacement.The vendor I purchased it from took the appreciated extra step of emailing and calling me to alert me to the fact the device doesn't work with win11. Which... isn't exactly true. Again, I appreciate the vendor wanting to make sure I wound up with a device that worked for me (and didn't have to eat a return).Butttt.... with a bit of google-fu, I found a write up on reddit discussing how to get this device working with win10 and 11. It took a little extra effort to hunt down the drivers called out on reddit. But. They DO work, at least in my experience as of now (who knows what microsoft and/or fujitsu will change in the future??).

This would not stay on for more than a few seconds. Amazon is making us pay the freight back and will not refund the shipping on their defective product. Do not buy Amazon renewed. You will be very sorry.

I waited awhile before reviewing this machine to be sure all was good. This is a refurbished unit that I needed quickly. It did arrive as expected, but the first unit was not operating as it should. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement by express shipping and provided free return on the first unit. I have used it for more than six months and I am very satisfied. This is the second Fujitsu brand scanner that I have purchased and find them to be one of the best. It scans quickly and the supporting software works smoothly with several options for saving or sending the result of your scan. You can scan several pages at a time. I do have feed problems from time to time when the paper is thinner than normal. I have had only one jam as yet but this scanner opens quickly to the front giving easy access.
