OK, I wanted to address some of these comments and some responses I received when I asked this question. You absolutely can right on these caps. A fabric marker does not do so well but Crayola washables Mr. scented and sharpies all work very well. They are a little on the big side, but not to the point where they fall off they fit all my clients from ages 6 to 16 only the 16-year-old had a little bit of difficulty, but I do believe it was because of his hair, they even fit me

We have used these felt caps at our preschool for years (before I was here) and will continue to do so as long as they are manufactured. Expect another order after the first of the year.
