Screen did not work when I initially got it. You have to press and hold the power button for the screen to work. The buttons are a bit confusing.

Settings too dark and small to see and no LEDs to help adjust.

The Quality Assurance guys at my work has a 20 year old iPod clock radio he uses daily. He's a hard working older gentleman and I thought I'd do something nice for him. This was similar size and the controls were pretty close. It's got the same AM/FM tuner but his old one didn't have Bluetooth connectivity. Once I showed him how to connect his phone to it, he loves it. Sound quality is good enough (Zeppelin and the Stones sound good anyway). The clock is easy to read and a 60 year old gentleman got the hang of it right away.Works great and he loves it so that's a solid recommendation from me.

This Fuse Zide Vintage Alarm Clock is an attractive throw-back design. However, the functional portions of this clock leave a lot to be desired. The sound quality is flat and has no discernible bass. As a dual radio/alarm clock I expect good sound quality. It is NOT worth 60 bucks. Even worse, as a modern version, this should be portable...it has to be plugged in to work. Not great for my household.Overall, we were disappointed by the sound quality and functionality. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH 60 BUCKS. 3/5

My wife got me this as a Christmas gift and I love the way it looks. The overall aesthetic is retro and it has a sharp looking, good quality, solid feeling enclosure. It's unique to a degree, and none of my friends have one (yet). The bluetooth paired with my iPhone 13 Pro Max almost instantly and plays music flawlessly. Once paired, the clock also sync'ed with the time on my phone which I didn't expect so it was a nice bonus. I will say that the description is a bit misleading with it's "concert hall" reference to the sound, but to my ears it does sounds pretty good. The physics of smaller speakers and resulting sound quality all play a factor for sure. The clock is nice - I like that it can be adjusted for angle to cut down on glare on the plastic screen, or laid flat. The display is crisp and can be read from across the room. The temperature is a nice function as well and it can be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit. My only complaint here is the lack of a second alarm. I work hybrid so during any given week I have two different wake-up times. The FM radio picks up all the local standard def stations but not the HD ones. The system will auto populate the presets for you and there are "forward" and "backward" buttons to select them.Speaking of buttons, they're my second complaint. For older eyes their labels are very hard to read. The pictures in the description show this. The owner's manual does a great job of describing which button to use for specific functions, but remembering which button to push is really the only answer in my case since I can't see the cutouts on the buttons. Not a deal-breaker, but it takes away from the overall experience - for me.The single alarm and the button labels are the only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5.

The alarm is too harsh. Somehow I thought that I could wake up to the station I selected. I have not discovered how to set that up, or if that is even possible. Otherwise, it's an attractive clock radio and gives the room temperature.
