Perfect for my Fender Fullerton ukulele, which did not come with pre-installed strap buttons. I had tried a similar strap to this one that tied around the neck and had one hook that attached to the bottom of the sound hole, but it just never felt very secure and the instrument flipped forward a lot. Having a second strap around the top of the sound hole gives the whole setup a lot more stability. Eventually, I will have strap pegs installed, but for now, this is a great solution!

When I started learning the ukulele I was so grateful to find that there are uke straps for instruments without a knob to attach a strap. My ukulele doesn’t have a knob, and I am not ready to have a hole drilled to put in a knob. That first strap had one hook like the ones on this strap. With only one hook, the ukulele tends to fall forward if you forget and take your hands off the instrument. With only one hook, you need to keep one hand on the uke at all times. 
This strap has 2 hooks and is far superior in design to my original strap. With this 2-hook design, I can take both hands off the uke and it won’t fall. Of course, I still have to be careful and keep an eye on it, but it’s so nice that it won’t immediately fall forward if, let’s say, I have to use two hands to blow my nose. This strap is well made, with a sturdy strap and solid plastic hooks. The strap is very adjustable. I wish that the hooks didn’t protrude so much where they meet the cording. That particular place sticks up about 1 cm above the face of the ukulele. It is a common style hook for this type of strap. But I do notice it when I am strumming.I’m glad that I have this sturdy strap, but I am keeping my eyes open for one with more streamlined hooks. At the price when I ordered (about $11), this is a good deal.
