This kit does not include any nuts, washers, bolts for assembly, casters, a pad, or a tool pouch. It's a significant waste of money. While the manufacturer claims to exchange parts, Amazon does offer pickup, but the drivers refuse to pick it up, and the kit is too heavy for me to drop off at UPS, USPS, or FedEx. As a result, I ended up with nothing but scrap metal to recycle. It has been a complete waste of money and time, and even Amazon was unwilling to resolve the issue.

I suspect that this had been returned. The box had been taped up with masking tape and there were numerous holes that several small parts had disappeared through. On top of that, the frame for the pad was welded incorrectly as you can see from the pictures. We needed it today, so I cut and rewelded, and made do with some other hardware. Very disappointed. Other than the frame issue, seems fairly well built, it’s a shame to earn a black mark because someone didn’t check the product out before delivering!

Was missing some bolts and foam pieces. Packaging was all torn up and everything scattered inside. But it works as it should all in all decent product.
