The GFW-UKE series is easy to install and comes complete with mounting screws and drywall anchors. The rubberized swivel yoke allows the hanger to properly cradle the neck and keep the ukulele or mandolin flawlessly perpendicular to the wall for a perfect display. The black standoff plate, under the decorative cover, ensures ample clearance from the wall while a foam wall pad protects your surface from scratches or marring. Available in (4) colors: Maple, Mahogany, Cherry, and Black. Safe for standard polyeurethane finishes, not recommended for vintage/lacquer finishes.

I bought three of these (maple) to display a travel guitar (skinny neck and headstock), a mandolin, and a ukulele in our family room. The design is great by allowing the backplate to attach firmly to the wall but allowing the yoke several mm to screw tightly into the plate and hold the wooden cover. My only concern is the thickness of the wood cover itself - it's kind of thin, and I was worried about cracking it when I tightened down the yoke. There's enough give though with the foam between the backplate and wall to provide more flexibility to tighten everything. Note: the uke/mandolin hooks will not work for a normal guitar and I had to bend one of them open just a smudge to get my travel guitar fitting well. The other two worked great for the uke and mandolin right out of the box.

Maybe when you title your product "acoustic guitar stand" it should be for an ACTUAL GUITAR. Doesn't fit a normal acoustic guitar, it's for a ukelele! Complete waste of money.

I was very pleased with this purchase. The wall hanger is subtle and sturdy. I have this in my living room. I have a mix of walnut furniture and black wood and it matches well.

In order to hang on wall you have to screw it into the wall. I just wanted somthing to be easily removable for my ukulele.

I've been using the guitar version for my acoustic, electric, and bass for a year and they're fantastic. Easy to install because the foam backer is also the template for drilling in the screws. VERY sturdy when screwed into a stud. I never trust anchors into drywall for my instruments and neither should you.The backing plate is the same size for all versions of their wall stands so you can switch from guitar to ukulele or change colors of faceplates simply by unscrewing the arm and swapping in the new components.

I bought this along with 5 of the guitar/bass versions to hang all of my various stringed things. What can I say other than it looks nice (I bought the black to match the rest) and holds up my uke. I skipped the included drywall anchors and mounted it directly to a stud (not that there is any problem with the screw-in drywall anchors - I have used the same anchors to hang tons of things over the years - I just happened to have studs where I needed them). The foam is soft enough to protect the headstock, but still stiff enough to keep it supported and in place. No complaints at all.

I like the combination of good looks and functional hook for my concert sized uke. Note it is only mahogany in color... the “wood” is actually looks like pressboard when looking at the back. It is fragile and i managed to break a bit off trying to disassemble it during mounting it to my wall. I feel it is overpriced for what you get.

Exactly what you think it is...a hook...that mounts on the wall. It's nice.

Either mine came really defective or it's just a bad product. The backplate overlaps with the top plate. Look at picture. No matter which way you screw it in the plate overlaps and it looks horrible. It leaves a gap on one end. Also, one of the tips is loose. It won't stay on. See second picture.
