At my job, we make apple truffles dipped in chocolate. The serrated edge cuts through the skin of the apple like a charm! Love it!

I was looking for an easy effective way to core apples w:/o going thru bottom of Apple. Works great especially with serrated edges. Used on Granny Smith apples.

So easy to remove anything due to the spikes. I saw a famous Chef using this tool and it took me a while to find it. You will love it. A wonderful present for anyone who likes to cook.
