Fit my np208 out of my 86 k10 just fine. You have to rotate the gasket so ALL the holes line up properly. The holes are not spaced evenly so the gasket has to be in the right correlation with the holes in the tranfer case.

Couldn't align transfer case while using gasket. Simply used RTV to seal the unit and it works fine.

Got the t case in and 5 bolts in but the last bolt was half a hole off. Ended up using rtv
