This was exactly the correct module (not resistor pack) part for my 2014 Chrysler 300s where the fan over time stopped working altogether after intermittent dropout. Since before it died, the fan itself was a bit noisy I replaced both at the same time. Highly recommend a mirror on the floorboard and a flashlight to make this a fairly easy swap out under the Glove Compartment.All is well - fan works again and speeds are functional.
