Fit perfectly, just remember to buy 3 litres of 75w90 gear oil. Mine took 3 litres, NOT 2.03 litres according to GM.

Fit my 09 silverado. Make sure you check how many bolts you have on your diff. There are several different rear ends used in these trucks.
