I purchased this item 3 times. The first time, I was pleased until my first time removing the cap and the outer metal piece separated from the plastic backing. I blamed it on my tire shop for not being careful removing it. The second time I ordered it, I received the part with the outer separated from the backing (see picture). I returned it and ordered a replacement which I received today in the same condition. My original caps from 2013 are all still intact, but these replacement parts have an inferior adhesive.

Ordered this to replace a lost center cover on my 2011 Optima. I installed the center cover and less than one month later the glue that holds the part together is releasing causing the center cap to look terrible and no longer centered. The original other three center covers are 12 years old and have not had the glue release. Obviously the adhesive is defective and the seller won't accept returns. Very unsatisfied.
