I love the look of the hat, but that’s as far as it goes.Using their “head size” measurements, the chart said I wear a medium. It was way too small.I returned it and ordered a large. It wasn’t as tight as the medium, but was still uncomfortable. I returned this one and ordered an extra large. Got it today. It was tighter than the medium size even though the label on the inside of the hat said XL.I've decided to give them one more chance & ordered an XXL. Will update after I receive it.Update: I got the hat yesterday. I ordered XXL and it fits very well. Updating the review stars to 5.

Very quality product good looking hat professional stitching. Sizing chart is just totally ridiculous. Product way too small. Buying apparel without trying it on it's tough enough. Amazon needs to encourage vendors to pay more detail to sizing descriptions. I am sending back for a return too old and time is precious to waste it playing Goldilocks on a sizing chart. If you want to mess with it it is a functional badass hat.

Great hat perfect fit. My cranium measurement is 22 inches. Hat size I bought was XL. Real leather will look better with age.

Quality is great, value for your money, worth every penny of the money. inside band is not removable, and still tight on my husbands head, but a few snipes with the scissors took care of that. we had to reorder 3x till we got the right size, returns were fast and easy. yes I would order again knowing what I know now!

I got mine in medium as per the chart. Perfect fit. However, the inner band is not removable as stated and the cardboard fitted inside for protection during shipping was actually from a box of frozen pizza. Hence the 4 stars. Other than that, it fits well, shapes well and has heft to it, yet stays on my head. Being a clockmaker, I decorated mine with clock hands.
