We ordered metal bushings to be able to attach the skis to our airplane. There was an issue with shipping and they were lost. I contacted the company and they were WONDERFUL! They sent them two-day UPS and told us to keep the others if they ever showed up. That is customer service!As for the bushings, they were perfect, well-crafted, and exactly what we needed. Should I need anything else, I will buying from this company again.
