Yup, this is the correct oil cooler line for my 2008 C6 Z51. It's also the same line that's used with Dewitts radiators with integrated EOC (engine oil cooler), and I believe the same used on C6 Z06 with stock cooler (you should double-check). Best price and quickest shipping I've found anywhere!Pro tip: you CAN replace the oil cooler line on a Z51 (and I assume any other model) without removing the engine mount! You remove the bolt that holds the line to the block through the driver's side wheel well with a 13mm socket on a long extension. Then you slide the line towards the back of the car, rotating the junction block downwards once you're about 1/8th of the way out. None of this should take much force, just do it by feel, and try various orientations until you figure it out. Assembly is the reverse of disassembly, entering from the rear and pushing towards the front with the junction block upside down, then rotating upwards near the very end. The loose ends of the pipe take some coaxing to get through the various openings and wire looms, but with enough wrangling and little force they should end up where you need them. I recommend taking pictures before disassembly, so you know which way to route the hoses when it's time to reassemble. Patience is key, but it's definitely doable.Pro tip 2: For a Dewitts radiator, I think the complex bent pipe should go to the top, and the simpler 90 degree bend to the bottom. There is interference with the large connector on the ABS block. I found that routing the pipe on the driver's side of the ABS wire loom gave me a christmas tree of ABS warnings whenever the car was in motion. It looked like the pipe was pushing on the wires, maybe causing an intermittent connection. So I re-routed it so that the pipe goes on the passenger side of the ABS wire loom. I also loosened the mounting bolts of the ABS unit on the crossmember, and moved the whole unit as much as I could to give the pipe more clearance. No issues with ABS warnings since.Pro tip 3: Pep boys, Napa, Carquest all sell the necessary C clips in the help section, if you lose yours.

I'm swapping an LS engine into an earlier chassis. I was looking to add en external oil cooler to help regulate the oil temperature on track days. There a few aftermarket adapters available, but the are relatively huge, expensive and require routing oversized rubber hydraulic lines close to the exhaust manifolds. This is a very small adapter which routes it's metal hydraulic lines well away from the exhaust. It works fine with F body, C6 or GM hot rod oil pans. It will not work with a GTO pan. It does not include a thermostat, but for $100 delivered by amazon, it's a great deal.
