Seemed small to me when I opened them so I measured the capacity. THEY WILL NOT HOLD 20 OUNCES. They will hold 17 ounces, but only if filled to the absolute top with liquid only. With ice, you may get a little over 12 ounces of liquid in a mug. Otherwise, they look nice. Despite the false advertising, I chose to keep them for little ones as returning them is a hassle.

I LOVE these glasses. The handle is large enough and the opening is wide enough. I love the clear look and seems to be very durable.

Dislike that the bottom catches water in the dishwasher. Does look good after continuous use and dishwashing.

These are a nice quality set of mugs. I purchased these for my mother, who has some arthritis, as my sister had a similar set, and she has some neuropathy issues (numbness/weakness in the hands), in which case, having a handle on a glass is very helpful, to not drop it; as well as, being plastic, it is much lighter in weight than a glass mug, so easier for someone with strength or grip issues to lift. Also, if using these mugs outside, having plastic vs. glass is nice, in case they are dropped, to not have shattered glass.They are a nice looking set, and great for a variety of uses.We haven't run these through the dishwasher too often yet, to see how they fare, but overall, I am very happy with the mugs.

I drink a lot of water all day and this mug is large and lightweight. I have washed them countless times in the dishwasher with no signed of cracking or discoloration.

No streaks when washed in the dishwasher. They are slim enough to use in the refrigerator's water spout. If you have a newer refrigerator with water inside, you will know what I am talking about.

You are going to love these mugs. They hold 20 oz, are easy to hold and wash in my dishwasher. I am so pleased I found these mugs to replace my 25yr old plastic mugs that were scratched from constant use. One of my favorite finds on Amazon.
