Gildan Men's V-Neck T-Shirts

We're happy with the Gildan line, and tried these tees after several orders of their A-shirts.These are of high-quality weight. Sizing is reliable. They wash well. Everything one would want in a T!

I like to keep my wardrobe simple. I can wear these shirts just about anywhere. The fit is about as close to perfect as I can expect with my body-type (short but very broad-shouldered and muscular; think linebacker), and they just look cool. I especially like that they're a bit long, so I don't accidentally crack someone when I lean over. Hopefully they won't fade too fast, but when they inevitably do, I'm very likely to buy more.

The quality of the cotton and the workmanship

I've always bought the 4 pack of Jockey V-Necks at the beginning of the summer and that's my uniform for the beach. This summer I got crazy and went for the Gildan's and I have to say, I'm never going back to the Jockey's. These fit better, feels like a better quality cotton, the ribbing is nicer...it's just all around a much better tee. Having said all that, they do shrink. I'm about 5'7" (on a good day I can gel my hair to 5' 8") and I got the larges, washed and dried them and they fit perfect. I do like my tees to fit loose, but these would be small on a bigger guy after a wash and dry or two.

I love these Gildan t-shirts. I bought them to wear against my skin with layering to work outside. They wash up well and maintain their shape, perhaps shrinking a bit but still fitting well. The cotton is thicker and softer than your average t-shirt, they are tagless, which I love as tags make me itch! I wash them with a small amount of bleach to keep them bright white and clean, which I thought would degrade the cotton, but they are standing up to the bleach very well so far. Will definitely purchase again!

I originally bought these after a shoulder injury. I just wanted some basic V-neck tees that would be easy to get on and off. I had never heard of this brand before, I just wanted something that I could get quickly without spending a lot of money since I only needed them for a limited time. Turns out these are some of the best tee shirts I ever bought. They are as soft as any I've ever worn and are very well constructed. The seams all feel well sewn, and the overall fit is perfect. This has become my new tee shirt brand forever.

Material is very nice. Good weight and feel. The stitching is better than a couple of other brands that I own. The length is what I like best. I wear t-shirts in the winter months and it feels comfortable to have my undershirt securely tucked. I could probably get by with the large size being a 44 regular but the extra room in the arm holes makes it easier to move around while sleeping. I bought a six pack and each has been through the wash twice and no changes in shape or feel has been noticed.

These are true 3-star undershirts, meaning they will probably be fine for most people. They are on the thick side, but not so thick that you don’t want to wear them under a dress shirt. The V is more shallow than I’d like, but that is forgivable; the collar is hidden under most dress shirts, and that’s the objective. The length is good - not too long or short. They remain tucked without any issues.My biggest problem is that they are a little on the bulky side. I would opt for the Amazon Basics v-neck undershirts. The Amazon version is virtually identical in all respects, except they do not have the bulky quality. These Gildans are decent for the price, though.

You can't go wrong with Gildan. These are nice shirts.

I've spent a LOT of money on t-shirts over the past few years trying to find ones that work for me. I've been through most of the name brand shirts, ya know the ones that cost $40 each, and still not happy in the long run. They fit great at first but then lose elasticity or shrink or fade to pit-stain yellow after a few washes.. I usually get A-shirts because I can never find sleeves that are tight enough for me.... which doesn't make sense to me as I'm rather built in the upper arm area. But I've been told it's not as classy with a dress shirt, and a formal undershirt is more desired.I'm a 44R 37 sleeve 16.5 neck and bought the large. The chest fits well, the neck clears great with 1 button undone, and the arms stay on my arms and don't bunch up. The material is thick, yet not hot. I've only had them through 2 wash cycles, so i can't say they will last forever, but so far, these are my go-to and one the better bangs for the buck i've tried.
